In 2021, Neuco established an Advisory Board of Directors to advise and assist Ownership and Management with strategies to continuously improve the company. Here are Neuco's Advisory Board members:

Sue Buchanan

Sue Buchanan is the Chief Financial Officer at Sasser Family Companies, a 4th generation multinational family owned transportation asset leasing and management company founded in 1928. She has worked at Carus Group, Nalco, Duchossois Industries and Navistar. She has led multiple disciplines in these companies including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions and Risk Management. She has Board experience with Sasser, Carus, Alembic Insurance and The Morton Arboretum.

Dr. Ganesh Iyer, PhD

Ganesh Iyer is the President and CEO of Etnyer International Ltd., a 122 year old family business headquartered in Oregon, Illinois. He has global experience having worked internationally and domestically for Caterpillar for 17 years. His career has spanned every business function including executive and general management, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, distribution, engineering, mergers and acquisitions. He currently also serves on the boards at Etnyre, and Rockford University. He's been published in international journals, and has a phenomenal educational background.

Andria Long

Andria Long is currently an executive business leader and advisor serving on the Boards of Matot Corporation a 133 year old family company, the Chicagoland Food and Beverage Network and the University of Florida Business School. Most recently Andria was the Vice President of Innovation and Consumer Insights at Johnsonville where she worked with the board as she led operations of a freestanding, independent operating unit focused on growth and at Sara Lee where she led the North America Retail and Foodservice businesses as the Vice President of Innovation & Strategy. She has also had a successful career in sales, marketing and product innovation at Kellogg, Kimberly Clark, Alberto Culver and M&M Mars.
