ADVISORY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In 2021, Neuco established an Advisory Board of Directors to advise and assist Ownership and Management with strategies to continuously improve the company. Here are Neuco's Advisory Board members:
Sue Buchanan
Sue Buchanan is an independent corporate board director and former c-suite executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, capital restructurings, M&A, risk management, and leadership development. She has worked with multinational private family-owned and large public companies across industries like manufacturing, chemical, and transportation asset leasing. In addition to Neuco, Sue currently serves on the boards of Zonatherm | ThermFlo Inc., Kingsbury Inc., PQ Corporation, and EnviroTech Services, and is an advisory board member at The Morton Arboretum. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Sasser Family Holdings and Carus Corporation. Sue is a member of the Private Directors Association and the Chicago Finance Exchange. Sue is a graduate of Elmhurst University and holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Dr. Ganesh Iyer, PhD
Ganesh Iyer is the President and CEO of Etnyre International Ltd., a 126-year old family business headquartered in Oregon, Illinois. He has global experience having worked internationally and domestically for Caterpillar for 17 years. His career has spanned every business function including executive and general management, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, distribution, engineering, mergers and acquisitions. Ganesh also serves as a director on the Boards of Etnyre International, Cathedral Holdings, and Plymouth Tube, Inc. In addition, Ganesh serves as a member of the Board of Visitors at the Smeal College of Business, Penn State University.
Richard Jolly
For 25 years, Richard Jolly has combined roles as a faculty member at leading business schools with consulting work directly with organizations. He is a Director at Stokes & Jolly Ltd, with offices in the UK and US. He coaches senior leaders, facilitates group processes, delivers keynote addresses, and handles diverse consulting assignments for clients in 41 countries. His focus includes professional services, creative industries, banks, and private equity, emphasising client relationships, strategy, leadership, resilience, organisational change, and succession management. He also serves as a trusted advisor to multiple boards and develops bespoke influential leadership programs worldwide. Four years ago, he joined Kellogg School of Management and previously spent 22 years at London Business School. He has also taught at Columbia Business School and over 20 other institutions globally.
